Introduction

Bilimora is a quiet town strategically located about 20 KM North of Valsad and similar distance south of Navsari - both being important cities in south Gujarat. The entire belt is fast growing with commerce and industrial development and Bilimora is a town to have a new home.

“Harasiddh Gardens” is conveniently located on Bilimora-Chikhli highway just 2 KM east of Bilimora station and 7 KM from NH 8 junction at Chikhli providing excellent connectivity to networks of railways and highways. The site is blessed with over a hundred years old tree clusters and thick vegetation on its periphery. Such tree clusters become focal point of this site by simply placing the main common open spaces around it. The entire layout revolves around 18 Mts. wide 'Central Boulevard', which is an arterial road connecting various zones through its 'Veins' of 9 Mts. wide avenues, such as Villas, Twin houses, Row houses and Apartment towers.

Master Plan

Harasiddh Gardens is name of a locality comprising of various separate plots developed by separate project proponents. To facilitate better presentation, the concept of layout, landscape etc has been shown here. However, entitlement of ownership and use shall be governed by terms and conditions of agreement and approvals.

Landscaping

All Landscape on site, parks and recreation areas are planned around large existing trees, several generations old. These spaces are visually connected as one moves about the Central Boulevard, avenues and internal streets.

All walk ways including the main entry and exit points are sensitively designed to serve as pleasurable walkways and are envisaged to be used by all age groups with utmost safety from the ongoing vehicular movement.

The Lawns and Gardens of individual units are carefully planned in continiuum with the avenues and streets within the residential complex. Row House A

The Row Houses at Harasiddh Gardens are uniquely designed along a series of curvilinear roads keeping up with the natural topography of the site. Each of the Row Houses are optimum in terms of usable area but simultaneously retain their degree of spaciousness. Although standardized, they all don’t appear regimental. Every Row House has 3 BHK configuration with two habitable floors, complete with living room, double height dining area, kitchen, prayer and store room and pocket terrace apart from dedicated car parking.
